Drop In Activities


Recreational Swim

This is a time for people of all ages to swim together in the shallow and deep areas. Children 5 and under or requiring a lifejacket must be accompanied by an adult chaperone in the water within arm’s reach of the child. Only Coast Guard approved Type II and III lifejackets are allowed during recreation swim in the shallow end only. NO other lifejackets or floatation suits, such as puddle jumpers, are allowed. We do provide type II and III life jackets for free public use. A swim test is required to swim in the deep end area.

5:00 - 9:00 pm (waterslide will open at 6pm)
2:00 - 5:00 pm

The waterslide is open during select Rec Swim hours. 

*Slide may be closed periodically due to conservation and attendance reasons.

Drop I
n Parties

If a rental time and date you want is unavailable, we offer drop in parties as another option. These can take place during rec swim on either Friday 5-8pm or Saturday 2-5pm. You will pay the daily admission rate per person that enters the water. Please give us a courtesy call to let us know if you plan to have a drop in party, and to tell us approximately how many people will be coming. Drop in parties are first come first serve, so please come a little early if you want a table. 

 

Lap Swimming

Adults can utilize our lanes for lap swimming and exercise any hour the facility is open, except Saturday 11am - 2pm. 

 

Prenatal & Post-Partum Exercise 

This class is designed for expectant mothers and new mothers who would like to begin or continue an exercise routine. 

Days & Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (deep end). 

Parent & Tot Time
This is a special time for parents and tots ages 5 and under to play around in the shallow end of the pool. 
Days & Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 - 1:00 pm (shallow end).

Prices: $5 for one parent & child.


Water Aerobics
Deep Athlete
This high intensity, deep water class develops accuracy of movement to get the most out of every rep. Engage dormant muscles. Intervals are used for metabolism and heart rate training. Options available for injury recovery.
Days & Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:45 - 8:45am

Aqua Fit

This all levels class gives options to scale the intensity up or down based on the individuals needs that day. It's a whole body workout with cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.

Days & Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:45 - 9:45am

Deep Flow
Buoyancy equipment is used in deep water to take pressure off joints while strengthening the core and exploring larger ranges of motion.

Days & Times: Tuesdays: 7-8pm
