Recreational Swim
This is a time for people of all ages to swim together in the shallow and deep areas. Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times, with an adult chaperone within arm’s reach of the child. Only Coast Guard approved Type II and III lifejackets are allowed at recreation swim in the shallow end only. No other lifejackets or floatation suits are allowed. A swim test is required to swim in the deep end area.

Lap Swimming
Adults can utilize our lanes for lap swimming and exercise any hour the facility is open.
Water Exercise
These classes are one-hour long, medium intensity aerobic workouts. Tuesday and Thursday mornings class is held in the deep end area and all other classes are held in the four-foot lap lanes.

Prenatal & Post-Partum Exercise
This class is designed for expectant mothers and new mothers who would like to begin or continue an exercise routine.
Days & Times: Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
